UNEP/MAP-SPA/RAC is launching the call for consultancy n°44/2022_SPA/RAC for the assessment of benthic habitat in the Mediterranean within the 2023 MED QSR elaboration.

The 2023 Mediterranean Quality Status report is a regional assessment report developed in the framework of the Barcelona Convention describing the status of the Mediterranean Sea based on a list of agreed common indicators. It will provide details on the status of marine and coastal ecosystems and where possible, it will identify the trends through qualitative and quantitative assessments.

The aim of this call for consultancy is to elaborate the subchapter of the MED QSR on the assessment of the status of benthic habitats in the Mediterranean.

Proposals must be received by emails at car-asp@spa-rac.org, no later than Monday 10 October 2022 at 11:59 pm UTC+1 (Tunis Time).
