The Association for the Sustainable Financing of Mediterranean Marine Protected Areas (M2PA) is issuing a re-bidding regarding its Request for Proposals to design a Mediterranean Conservation Trust Fund and to develop operational guidelines. The deadline for submission is April 22^nd, 2019.

The consultancy service aims at:

• generating the enabling conditions for the creation and operationalization of the regional trust fund through a participative process to inform and engage with key M2PA stakeholders and board members
• developing the appropriate framework and custom-made tools to design the grant-making entity (which may be or not be legally independent) ready to mobilize, manage, and invest funds from a range of sectors in order to support MPA management in the Mediterranean.
