RAC/SPA were present, from 12 to 19 November 2014, at Sydney for the 2014 IUCN World Parks Congress.

During this event, RAC/SPA representatives presented four subjects:

• Friday 14 November: Inspiring solution from marine regions: Setting up the dialogue between marine regions to achieve Aïchi target 11 faster.
• Saturday 15 November : Mediterranean MPAs: Roadmap to acheive the Aïchi targets.
• Monday 17 November: National experiences with MPA network development
• Tuesday 18 November: Mediterranean landscape: Financing approaches for marine conservation.
